Welcome to AmbyVeda! By accessing or using our website (https://ambyveda.com/) and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1.1  General

• These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AmbyVeda website and any orders placed through it.
• By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

1.2  Product Information

• We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing information. However, there may be typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any errors or commisions.

1.3  Order Process

• All orders are processed after full payment is received. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) or Pay on Delivery (POD) services.
• Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure that your details are correct as we are not responsible for any errors caused by incorrect information.

1.4  Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 8 hours of placement by emailing care@ambyveda.com. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as the order will have been processed.

1.5  Exchange Policy

• We do not offer returns. However, exchanges are permitted in cases of product damage. Please contact us at care@ambyveda.com within 24 hours of receiving the product to initiate an exchange.

1.6  Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
