1. Shipping Timeframe
All orders placed on AmbyVeda are processed and shipped within 12 hours of the order confirmation, provided that the order is placed on a business day.
Orders placed after business hours or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on your location, the size and weight of the order, and the delivery method selected.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within India.
Please note that unforeseen delays due to weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery timelines.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
5. Delivery Locations

6. Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or the recipient’s unavailability, the package will be returned to us. Additional shipping costs for re-delivery may apply.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at care@ambyveda.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
